Building Diplomacy Down Under
After 25 years, the U.S. Consulate in Sydney, Australia, is moving to a new location. Caliburn is managing the construction project for the relocated consulate. The scope of work includes significant demolition and a fit-out of the interior space; structural alterations and modifications; extensive upgrades and renovations to the building’s systems; and the construction of secured-access areas. The project complies with DoS anti-terrorism and force protection requirements and other threat-mitigation measures.
