Senior Cost Engineer – GUAM


  • This role will specifically support NAVFAC project management. The work is primarily associated with military base relocation from Okinawa to Guam.


  • Function and responsibilities include making in-house and external formal presentations of an instructional nature; client management; project team management; ensuring that client expectations of deliverables are met; internal and external communication of encountered problems and solutions; QA/QC; and ensuring on-time completion and delivery of the final deliverable.

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience managing a wide range of projects, managing people and/or supporting the sales process
  • Must be in the process of pursuing or already have a professional designation including, but not limited to CCP, PE, CVS, PMP
  • Should have a membership position in a professional organization.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s of engineering degree and 15+ plus years of experience in the design, construction or consulting industry.
